Fifteen Story Love Song

As a skateboarder you’ll take any dry spot as a blessing when the winter weather finally arrives. A particular landmark in my city recently became derelict after an insurance company decided to move headquarters. With everything of value stripped away it left smooth concrete floors with views of the city, the island and beyond the coast and sea. Needless to say it was a unique experience skateboarding up as high as fifteen stories above a busy city, with the sounds echoing around the empty concrete, steel and glass walls.
