super8 films and new photos
heavy update today, not only are there a selection of new photos in the habitation, structure, people and oxygen galleries but i've also added a new section to quiet corners for super8 films. the super8 section has some older collaboration projects plus 'pacifica' which came on DVD with the book of the same name. all are watchable with quicktime. i'll be adding 'watching, waiting', a 11 minute long film that recently was released as an extra on the 'never forever' dvd, very soon too.

Tweaking Hard
My good friend Russ just finished the latest Monster Network video 'Never Forever' and has an interview in Tweaker Zine talking all about it. The interview is a good read and there are lots of nice photos by Dave Dixon and Gorm plus they used my photo of Sandy in Bury that I've always been really happy with so I'm stoked on that too. Another reason to be stoked, during production of Never Forever Russ and I filmed a tonne of super8 film for the project and I edited it up in to an 11 minute edit that got used as an extra on the DVD. I'm really pleased with how that turned out.
Anyway, check the interview out and buy the DVD too, it's sick, it's only a fiver via PayPal on the Monster Network website, bargain.

Return
Two weeks with no Internet is a bit of a blessing in disguise. I moved back to Southsea again after 8 years and 12 house moves and I'm back by the sea again, finally. My first full day here and with my free time went for a walk with the cameras to a small spur of land that juts out in to Langstone Harbour that my friend Rob reminded me off a while ago. It's pretty quiet apart from passengers for the little ferry to Hayling Island, the odd person painting a house boat and a few people parked up by the little pebble beach consisting of teenagers kissing, old people eating chips and the odd person taking photos. Oh, hello.
P.S. 8 films to get developed in the next week or two, will have lots to post up soon and news of a new zine too.
